Pearl Parking offers monthly parking rates only and several benefits for parking with us:
- Immediately adjacent to MCCC James Kerney campus
- Computerized Access Card System
- Well Lit
- On-Site Personnel
- 24/7 Hour Emergency Call Service
- 24/7 Surveillance Systems

All monthly parking rates are between $100.00 - $125.00. 
No overnight parking is permitted. 

Pearl Parking General Parking Rules

All vehicles park at the risk of the owner and Pearl Parking is not responsible for:
- Damage to vehicles - Theft of vehicle articles / contents left in vehicle
- Lock your vehicle, do not leave keys in car or car running. Make sure to secure all valuables.
